Baia Restaurant and Terrace
Baia Restaurant is available for private or semi-private hire, featuring an indoor dining room with sliding glass doors to the open air, and an outdoor terrace. The venue can be booked together for seated gatherings of up to 80 guests combined, or standing receptions of up to 150 combined.
The Deck
The Deck is available for private hire, available for seating of up to 130 guests, and for a standing reception of up to 150 guests.
The Lounge
The Lounge is located inside at Baia restaurant and can be available for private hire for a standing reception of up to 120 guests. The Lounge is also a great feature as a pre-function cocktail venue for a seated dinner at Baia Restaurant and Terrace.
Sunset Bar & Terrace
The Sunset Bar and Terrace is situated alongside the Baia Beach Club pool, nestled under a trellis filled with lush greenery. The Sunset Bar and Terrace is the ideal venue for an outdoor cocktail reception with sunset views for up to 130 guests standing.
The Green House
The Green House is our private dining room with waterfront views, offering the option to dine behind the glass-enclosed door, or leave them open to the bay breeze. The Green House is available for a variety of group sizes and styles of seated and standing gatherings for up to 50 guests.
